Shennon Bio has taken on the challenge of analyzing cells at scale with the introduction of a proprietary platform that delivers far greater throughput for the analysis of single-cell immune interactions. The team approached Wunderdogs to provide the brand with a visual identity and web platform that allowed them to make an impact and announce their introduction to the sector.
Creating clarity through design
Given the complexity of Shennon Bio’s technology, the brand needed a clear, approachable identity that quickly conveyed its value in advancing disease treatment. We took the themes of interaction, space and direct links to the technology to create a visual language of focus and clarity that supports key information rather than overshadowing it.
Reflecting technological process
The key visual assets of dots represent the single cells that the Shennon Bio team are able to analyze. Using tonal differences helped to imply the identification of those cells that display positive reactions and those that did not. Our aim was to represent the technological capability of analyzing interactions on a single cell level.
Establishing impact and value through web
The ultimate goal for the team was to create a site that clearly articulated the value Shennon Bio brings to the drug discovery sector and as a place for its audiences to discover more about the business. We created a platform that tells a clear story about the business, its team and technology. White space is used extensively to let information be the focus. Straight forward navigation allows users to find the information they need quickly while the visual assets are used as background details to imply the uniqueness of the technology while intentionally not pulling attention away from the core information.
