FAQs

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. Every tier is month-to-month. Change tiers or cancel anytime.

What is a minimum monthly budget?

Engagements start at a $3,000/month commitment. Final scope will be estimated based on discovery call answers.

What happens if we don't use all our hours in a month?

Unused hours don't roll over. If you're consistently using less than your tier, we'll flag it: we'd rather right-size your plan than have you pay for hours you're not using.

What happens if I need more hours one month?

Hours up to 20% over your monthly allocation bill at your tier's standard rate. Beyond that, a 10% premium applies.

Can we start with a single project instead of a subscription?

Not through Creative Support. For standalone project work - or High-impact projects - head to our Brand, Digital, Content, or Marketing pages. High impact, one-off projects run alongside an existing subscription. For new clients, the smallest project size starts at $10K.

What’s the difference between Core and Flexible?

Core is a fixed team and scope for steady, predictable demand, think social media assets, newsletters, or recurring campaigns. Flexible scales up or down with your workload month to month, a better fit if your needs shift in volume or mix.

What services are included in my subscription?

Design, content, marketing, and digital support — graphic design, copywriting, sales collateral, web and motion, and more. You don't buy all of it; you buy hours, and we route them to whatever the month calls for.

What's the Brand Intelligence layer?

A one-time project that encodes your brand (voice, guidelines, templates) into Claude, so your team can produce on-brand content on its own. It's not required for Creative Support, but retainer clients who add it get sharper output, faster. It starts at $8,500 one-time fee.

How is AI actually used in your process?

We’ve implemented GenAI throughout the process to increase efficiency resulting in time and cost savings. For you, nothing changes: you send a brief and your brand guidelines, we get to work. Nothing is released without a senior creative input, review, and refinement.

Why do we still need a creative team if AI exists?

Because campaigns, social, and visual design require judgment, cultural awareness, and creative instinct AI doesn't have; and audiences can spot ungoverned AI output now.
