1Sharpe is a full-spectrum institutional investment firm partnering with top-tier entrepreneurs, operators, and lenders to invest across the capital stack in real estate, structured finance, and technology. A signatory of the UN Principles for Responsible Investment, its co-founders have purchased, managed, and renovated over 20,000 homes—creating more than $1B in value since 2016.

Our Challenge

1Sharpe approached us to design a website that reflected its stature in the industry and bridged the worlds of real estate and technology. With a foundational visual identity in place, the brand had room to evolve—and room to make a statement.

Expanded Visual Language

We built on 1Sharpe’s identity by introducing a refined color palette—deep blue paired with golden brown, beige, and grey—to communicate integrity, distinction, and scale. Custom iconography was developed to clarify their strategies and reinforce key messages across the site.

Dynamic Digital Platform

To bring their story to life, we layered in architectural sketches, dynamic linework, and subtle animations—visually linking the firm’s expertise across complex asset classes. Irregular geometric shapes throughout the site reflect the nuanced, interconnected nature of real estate investment, while animation subtly conveys the cohesion and quality 1Sharpe delivers.
