Arpeggio Biosciences is rethinking RNA profiling to help drug developers better understand how compounds work, and why they fail. Their proprietary platform provides a detailed, scalable view of the transcriptome to identify a compound’s true mechanism of action. Arpeggio partnered with Wunderdogs to relaunch their brand and website to better reflect their scientific edge and commercial readiness.
When science moves faster than brand
Arpeggio’s groundbreaking science had outpaced their brand. Their existing identity didn’t clearly communicate what made their RNA-profiling platform different, or why it mattered to pharma partners and researchers. The website lacked structure, had limited content hierarchy, and didn’t adequately convey scientific depth or clarity for key audiences. Our task was to create a brand and digital presence that could both explain the science and support real-world business growth.
Balancing accessibility and precision
We refreshed Arpeggio’s visual identity to better reflect the sophistication and clarity of their science. The new design system strikes a balance between accessibility and scientific precision, supporting their position as a trusted partner for pharma and biotech audiences. The updated look and feel reinforces credibility while remaining approachable across digital, investor, and partner touchpoints.
A modular, responsive website
We designed and developed a new Webflow site with a modular layout, structured user flows, and clear content blocks for science, platform, and company growth. Custom illustrations and infographics explained key processes - like RNA-seq and cellular response analysis - without oversimplifying the data. The site is responsive, fast-loading, and easy to maintain. Integrated tools like Slack, Userback, and Google Fonts streamline internal feedback, design consistency, and team collaboration.
