Network Realty Partners is a Washington, D.C.-based real estate firm known for its innovation-first approach and strong community focus. In a highly competitive commercial real estate market, they needed a website that could clearly convey their value proposition, showcase their portfolio, and deepen trust with stakeholders and partners.
Our challenge
The commercial real estate market is saturated with firms looking to differentiate. Network approached Wunderdogs to reimagine their digital presence: one that could reflect their collaborative, creative ethos while elevating their professional edge. Their existing site lacked a clear point of view and didn’t reflect the depth of their expertise or their commitment to place-based impact.
Bringing the brand to life
The Network Realty team came to us with an existing visual identity and graphic system that provided the foundations to build from. We worked with the color palette, logo, and graphic language to articulate their unique proposition. The use of large type, clear content, and imagery combines to highlight their commercial real estate focus and deliver a perception of professionalism, experience, and openness.
Building community
Network is deeply invested in the community in which it operates. As a brand with deep ties to the Washington area, it was vital to capture that connection using the website as a gateway to their team and approach. We made use of the curved elements of the logo as a device to add layers and depth and when used throughout the site it inspires exploration to learn more.
Enabling exploration
As a place to seek information and discover more about the team and their approach, the website had to deliver an experience that enabled discovery. The use of visual guides and content blocks aids navigation through the site. We made it easy for users to find the information they needed with clear signposting and nudges that encourage a natural and intuitive user flow. Subtle animations for hover states aid a modern feeling and dynamic approach linking the team's unique value and the website experience.
A high-performing foundation
The website is built in Webflow and hosted on AWS. Tools like Juniper Square enable seamless integration with investor-facing functionality, while accessibility features ensure a frictionless experience across devices. The site is designed to scale as Network grows: both in projects and in impact.
